Hi, I’m Dr. Jordan Markee, an Organizational Psychologist and Prosci-certified change practitioner. I built The Kulture Lab to transform how organizations see change—less about processes on paper, more about the people who bring it to life. 

Through The Kulture Lab, I evaluate project health, identify risks, and strengthen readiness before execution begins. I assess leadership alignment, project capability, and change management effectiveness, then translate those insights into practical strategies that reduce resistance, increase adoption, and build the skills leaders and teams need to sustain change.

My approach covers impact evaluation, barrier anticipation, and stakeholder mapping so that the right actions at the right time support every stage of change. I take assessment insights and coaching outcomes and turn them into execution plans that minimize disruption and deliver results on time, on budget, and with lasting impact.
